It is an easy and quick application of a polymer that repairs WORN-OUT COVERINGS, LENGTHWISE DAMAGES produced by the TRACKS, BORDERS, HEARTSTRINGS OPENINGS, INTERN DAMAGES, WIDTH RECUPERATION and JOINT PROTECTIONS.
The application consists of mixing two components that are deposited in the fissure or damaged area, these two components produce a chemical reaction that result in a strong adherence and the compound is transformed into synthetic rubber. In 45 minutes, the repairing is finished and the product acquires all its qualities and is placed back to service.
Fourthane Red® Product highly resistant to cuts, impacts and abrasions, that allows repairing of conveyor belts and rubber coatings.
Fourthane Green® a liquid Polymer that is applied with a spatula and which after a brief period of time reaches rubber physical properties very similar to those used in the manufacturing of belt conveyors.
Fourthane Blue® is a highly multipurpose viscose liquid made of two components, rapidly dried at room temperature, made tough and resistant.
Fourthane Orange® is an applicable liquid polymer applied using a spatula or by using an on-ground molding, which allows preventive repairing in order to protect the carcass, tire tread repair of OTR tires, in order to be used again in the short time.
Fourthane Grey® is an applicable liquid polymer that reaches similar rubber properties within 30 to 60 minutes and is used in acid and concentrate plants. Some uses include repairing of butterfly valve up to 2500 mm in diameter, SO2gas pipelines, weak acids retention wells, seals and expansion joints, in fissures, rubber coatings, sag mills, trammel, hydro-cyclones, agglomerate drums, pulleys seals.
Fourthane Yellow® is a new type of antenna that detects cuts. Made with synthetic rubber it integrates two highly flexible and impact resistant copper strands that are installed without pre-vulcanization by using Fourthane Yellow kit. This rapid setting viscose liquid has been specially designed for these purposes.
Once it’s applied and after one hour, it reaches rubber physical properties very similar to those used in the manufacturing of belt conveyors.
This kit allows for quick installation and reparation of the antennas which significantly reduces the cuts detecting periods.
